Akivia Bassaragh

Akivia is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully litigated both criminal and civil matters in state and federal courts. She began her legal career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office over a decade ago, and quickly developed and honed her advocacy skills. Akivia later transitioned from public service to private practice. As a civil litigator, she continues to skillfully advocate on behalf of her clients as a complex commercial litigator. Before joining Lomax Legal she was an attorney at Akerman, a top ranked national law firm.
